Web Notepad is a simple HTML editor for real HTML coders. It supports an
easy to use interface, HTML highlighting and FTP uploading with folder
mapping.

Are you sick of using Notepad to edit your pages and an FTP client to
constantly upload them? Web Notepad combines these features to save you
a great deal of time editing and uploading those web documents with
ease. And it's totally free...

So what? Please explain what distinguishes this software from all
other freeware editors? Why should anyone want to use this editor?
Have you used it, even downloaded it? What can *you* say about it?

Wow wow, mate, don't get upset. If postings like these irritate you,
just be creative with your newsreader's filtering capabilities.

<quote OP>FTP uploading with folder mapping.</quote OP>

This and there is no rule in this newsgroup, that every freeware mentioned
must be used by the poster.

To edit files on your FTP-Server there is also this:

RemotePad (244k) - Combination plain-text-editor and ftp-client

Recommended by TinyApps (c my sig) giving it the "Green Award".

<quote>
The "Green Award" Green Award is awarded to software which:

* does not require installation
* does not write to the registry
* does not create or modify files outside of its own directory
