At this point I don't even know if I'm in the right area, but here goes.

For the past week when I sign onto webmail through my internet provider and
check for spame-mailsit says I have none where previously I'd have about 10
per day. I called my internet provider and they said that webmail is accessed
throught IE and maybe there is a problem there. It was suggested I go to
tools and change my privacy setting to accept all Cookie which I did. But
still no spam e-mail are showing up. I know I should have at least to because
someone called and said they sent me something. I have IE 7

Do you have any suggestions what the matter could be? Any help will be much
appreciated short of junking the whole system...Thanks so much

With whom do you have e-mail service with..An ISP simply gives you a
internet connection (cable),once connected you don't need to sign on or with
them.Open youre internet options, set all to default where possible.

My internet provider is dccnet (Delta Cable Company which is owned by
Easlink). To access webmail I sign onto IE then bring up their website. I
then type in my e-mail address & password and I then can read my e-mails,
send e-mail, check the spam account etc. I travel to Europe often and this is
how I am able to keep in touch with clients, family etc. This is long winded
but what else can I do.. Thanks for your reply...F. Oh I forgot to mention
that I use Incredimail rather than outlook express
