Web Mail & Windows Mail Synchronization

I have just switched to windows mail with my new PC. I would like to
configure it so that it only removes messages from my comcast web mail if I
delete them in windows mail. I have looked under options but can't seem to
find anywhere to set this. At the moment it deletes mail from my web account
as soon as they are loaded into windows mail.

Delivery:

Leave a copy of messages on the server (check/enable)

Delete from server when deleted from Deleted Items (your choice)

Remove from the server after XX days (your choice)
