my system has XP Pro. I installed the IIS and made a web
site. Everyone in the house for my intranet can see the
web site, however no one can access it from the internet.
How do I enable win xp pro to act as a web site server?

.
first you need to make sure that you have DSL or some
other broadband service, then you need to make sure you
have a DNS (Domain Name Service) which you can setup by
going to any name registry service such as
registerfly.com, godaddy.com or register.com. Then you
need to go to zonedit.com, and setup a free dynamic domain
management account. This site has help files and step by
step but if you need more help you can just send me an e-
mail. So if you don't do this the only other way for you
to see your site is by entering the computers IP address
that the IIS resides on.
