I have added a Customer Data form to my website (which
gathers simple name, phone, etc. information).
Unfortunately, I can't figure out "how" or "where" to go
to get the information people will be submitting.

Hi Kevin,

That information is set in the Form Properties | Options dialog. To get to
Form Properties right click in the form.

I have found that with FP2000 running on Windows 2000, the
information is stored in My Network Places/published
folder name/private. I have found that I haven't been
able to open directly from within the private folder
within website folder.

1. You must be publishing to a server that has the FP extensions, via FP's
http mode, and the form data will be store in the _private folder within the
specific web.

2. Access this data, you must open the site directly in FP on the live
server, then click on the file and open in Notepad.

The data would be stored in the _private folder on the web site, and only if
using the FP extensions to process the form data.
