For

| The fix: Apparently the following file was corrupted C:\Program
| Files\Common Files\System\Ole DB\oledb32.dll
|
| I basically renamed this file. Replaced it with a fresh copy and
| re-registered it with regsvr32. Thanks to all for the help.
