Web Copy of Outlook Calendar

I'm using the Outlook calendar to enter conferences as all-day events. I particularly like the "Save as Webpage" option for the calendar view. However, I have two problems with it:
1. When there are two or more conferences overlapping, while they show up nicely on the calender view in Outlook, in the copy that has been saved as a webpage there will be only one conference showing on the calendar. In other words, the webpage calendar is not showing more than one event occurring on one day
2. I enter in the event form some information about these conferences, and sometimes they are links. They are hot when they are entered in the form, but not when they reappear in the calendar saved as a webpage

Finally, I would like to know if it would be possible to somehow extract the information from an Outlook calendar and add it to another calendar -- for example, if I have a calendar with my own meetings, and such, but I would like to see which conferences occur on days when I don't have meetings... is it possible to extract the info from the conference calendar and add it to my calendar of meetings instead of basically copying the information manually?

Re "1", Both events should be there. Just not enough room on the date
square to display it. Click on the little down arrow at the bottom
right corner of the date square. Look at right for details.

Re "2", yes, the output program does not add the appropriate HTML codes
to make it an active link.

Re "Finally", drag and drop doesn't work?

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.

RE "1", I'm afraid that the problem isn't there not being enough space -- there is (a single conference takes up 1/5 of the available space in a square). And there isn't a an arrow at the bottom of any square in the web copy (unlike the original outlook calendar file, which I've seen)

Re 1, I've just accidentally posted a response before I had a chance to finish it. The problem is not that there is no room on the date square, since a single conference (i.e. line of text) takes up 1/5 of available space on a square -- there is no reason why I shouldn't be able to display up to 5. No arrows are present at the bottom of the squares in the web copy (as they are in the source file when the window is made too small to display all the items on a square).

Re 2, that's a pity

As for Finally: merging two calendar files worked well.

Thanks for responding

Saliha,

Using Outlook 2003, I can't replicate what you report for "1".

I have setup 3 all day events on one day, and the first is shown for the
day and the additional two are hidden but become visible in the frame on
the right when I click on the down-arrown on the date square.

Suggest you contact Microsoft Support on this.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.
