web collections missing in powerpoint 2003

Ok..For some reason i don't have the option for web collection under ms
powerpoint 2003 on my laptop. But my desktop has it. I have done a complete
uninstall, cleaned out regitry and reinstall. Still am not getting option for
web collection clipart
 
Try Tools | Options | General and click Service Options. On the Online
Content tab, make sure you've allowed content and links from Office Online.
