Web cam Audio

I had a serena which had problems with the mic (too quiet for people listening to me).

I upgraded for Logitch C500. My contact have told me that the quality both visually and sound is by far superior. I use it on my Compaq desktop with XP. One of my contacts who uses a built in web cam on lap top says he cannot hear me but can see me clearly. Please help I aint that gifted with pc and would like to advise him, especially after I have spent new money to avoid using fone line!

Hi Anita, welcome to the forums

Is it only 1 contact that has problems hearing you? If so, it could be a problem at his end as it seems strange that it would work for other people?

Which software are you using to communicate over WebCam?
