This Web-based calendar is very good and it's free (if you don't mind their
link). My wife and I have one just for ourselves directly on the Web but
have also integrated a couple into Web sites (having paid the nominal annual
fee to remove the link and get moved to their premium servers - faster
response).

I use the calendar function in MS Outlook and Save as Web
Page.
