web calendar program to sync with outlook 2003

Hi can anybody advise of a good web calendar program that syncs with
outlook 2003, but also syncs colouring of appointments etc.

I like Yahoo with intelisync but it does not copy colouring and loses the
order of untimed events,

it;s highly unlikely that colors will be synced.
