I use google to web browse, but alot of the time my computer gets taken over by something called" best of the web" it takes a long time to load and I do not want it, how can I get rid of "best of the web" forever!

Sounds like you have either a browser or dns hijack.

Start with HijackThis, Spybot S&D, and expert advice at SWI Forums

Search your hard drive, including hidden and system folders, for
"hosts". Look inside each too. Some parasites install their own
hosts file, others replace your standard one with theirs. Only the
program used to install the hosts changes will be detected as spyware
- the hosts file itself you may have to look for and correct.

Make sure you have all of Microsoft recommended patches too.
