web browser and the word "Virus"

Hello,

I have a big problem !!
I have a virus on my computer that automaticly close my web browser when
the word virus appears on a webpage.
It freezed my norton, i can't scan my computer.....

Can you tell me what kind of virus it is or whatewer to do ?????
