Web Blog or Web Page

I have been trying to create a webblog and a web page and I can't seem to do
it. I started a website with ispeedway but never published it and now when i
try to edit it so that I can publish it I can not access my site!

I have tried the same thing with geocities and I cannot access my pages over
there either

Perhaps you should take this as a sign. Build your web site locally, using
any number of free web servers software packages. Then when you've got it
operating and looking spiffy, publish it.
