Web Based Admin

Is there a web based admin program that will let me manage active directory,
dns, wins and dhcp? I know they made a web based terminal service, just
hoping they made other management consoles enabled for the web.

Any idea when MS will have something? FWIW, Novell has had this out for
years now - manage the Directory, the OS, the email system, et al, from
any web browser on any platform.
