web address printing out as boxes and arrows

Does somesone know how to correct the internet settings
to allow the web address to print out on the bottom of
the page? My print outs do not have the page numbers or
dates on them and the web addresses are printing out as a
bunch of boxes and arrows. Thanks
 
ok, I did this and now the footer and header are
cleared. How would I get the date and web site and page
numbers to show?
