I have a web address link that is followed by .asp?ID=127.

does anyone know how this could effect the target framet, My Target
proerties are correct and my page properties are correct. Could these
extensions mess up the code to target a specifice frame.

Is it a link to a page within your web site, or a link to a different web??
Some web masters set their sites up so that they can't be displayed in a frame page.

Yes, It is a link to a different web site. It is displayed, but it forces to
open a new window insted of going to the target frame.

Then the web site has coded their page to not open in a frameset, and there is nothing the you can
do on your end to change this.
