Try the following and see if it helps:

Allow active content to run in files on My Computer - Windows XP Service
Pack 2:
http://www.winxptutor.com/lmzunlock.htm
or .........
Internet options>Advanced tab..scroll down to Security and check Allow
active content to run in My Computer.
