I added a new page to my website and now when I got to look at the website
with out frontpage the website says......

directory or page, please try to contact the Web site by using any e-mail
address or phone number that may be listed on the www6.semo.edu home page. You
can click Search to look for information on the Internet.HTTP Error 403 -
Forbidden Internet Explorer

I dont know how this happened and I dont know how to fix it!

It's a folder permission issue.
you'll either have to correct the permissions using whatever control panel
your host gave you access to or contact the administrator of the site and
have them fix it for you.
