web accelerator or pre-fetch agent

I just started having problems reaching dslreports.com. I get following
error message:

"We have detected you (or a recent previous user of your IP address) has
used a web accelerator or pre-fetch agent.. These are not welcome on
this site..."

What's my problem and how do I solve it.
