Weather Watcher Server Problem?

Since 1-2 weeks I cannot access the Server with the 'Weather Watcher'.
(message : Server not found).
I'm using the version 5.4c.
Is it a general problem or an issue related to the 'Brussels' server.
Looking at their site, they are mentioning :

Restoring the IE Options seemed to fix the 'Server Not Found' error for some
people.
To reset your IE Options:
1. Open IE and go to 'Tools' --> 'Internet Options'.
2. Click the 'Advanced' tab.
3. Click the 'Restore Defaults' button.

It's apparently not sure of the results ('if you try this and it works let
me know').
The problem is : will the default options not avoid other applications to
work?

I'm running v5.4c like you, without problems.
Could it be your firewall? Do you use ZoneAlarm and did you update it
recently? I don't use ZA, but I've read there are several problems with its
last update.

report program (which may be different from the abovementioned) at:

I could not get the weather module to work in UK but the searchbar is nice.

On the site, there were a lot of users who had the same problem since begin
of August.
The related provided fix did solve the problem.
I have read at the forum and the firewalls were not the reason of the issue.
