Looks very, very similar to WeatherWatcher ,
http://www.singerscreations.com/, wich is a 1.48 Mb download.
Weather watcher comes without the advanced searchbar, don't know what that
is, doubt if I want it.

Weather Watcher is the best weather program I have found so far. However,
compared to this map:

http://klfy.static.worldnow.com/images/incoming/current_image.jpg

the weather maps used by WW are primitive!

Hey Rod, I know you are a tabbed browser user, and I bet you know that
weather watching is PERFECT for a tabbed browser. I have a group for weather
which has 7 tabs for 7 day forecast, live Doppler, java map, satellite map,
etc. 1 click and everything is at your fingertips. For me at least, it
totally eliminates the need for weather programs.

I've got http://weather.cnn.com/weather/forecast.jsp?locCode=EEIX ,
http://weerkamer.nl/weer/radar/ and
http://www.dfd.dlr.de/ftp/put/wetterbilder/Central_Europe/image1.jpg in my
news/weather-group. I'm using Weather Watcher when I'm not browsing, to plan
my off-work activities, unfortunetly rain is not uncommon here. :(
