Go to SourceForge <http://sourceforge.net> type "weather" in the search
engine.
If you're talking about recording for a weather station, that is
product-specific programming and will be hard to find freeware.

Weather recording instrumentation is what they talk about in
alt.talk.weather
If you want weather report downloading then page the page above should
help.
