You Just did.... Just like Microsoft has a web interface to this
Newsgroup, Google has their own and that's where the OP is posting from.

Actually, that's not correct. This is a public newsgroup (NNTP-based).
Google archives NNTP newsgroups.

And they do allow you to post messages there as well. So it IS a web
interface.

I've only posted three times, but regularly scan the newsgroup and have
picked up lots of useful tips.
