It's just dawned on me that, being on this side of the Atlantic, I'm dealing with a 6 hour time differential! Duh. It's 5 PM (CST) here in Chicago and I think it's 11PM right now in England. A goodly number of forum members are probably getting their 'beauty sleep', as I ramble on here. I better quit while I'm ahead. :) Goodnight all.

Don't worry glohworm, I'm down the bottom of the planet in New Zealand so I'm just off to bed when they're all heading for their lunch break. I just mouth off while everyone's asleep then check back tomorrow to see what's up. It's cool, works good for me anyway... that way if anyone wants to mutilate me they have to wait 'till I wake up for me to find out about it... think of it as a slomo convo ;) Besides, since it's already tomorrow down here that means I always get a good headstart on any lynch mobs... mind you, I do have to wait until yesturday to find out that they're after me...
I'm confused now...
mucksie, can I have that head scanner after you?

Well, I usually turn in around 11.30-12midnight & up @ 8am ... but yes, that will be for GMT. I have the same 'problem' over on the Yank site I visit. :p

cirianz, I broke the scanner ... something about no brain activity and it just stoped. :D

I am smack in the middle of everything, when I wake up the folks down under have started the day already, when I am about to hit the sack the folks on the other side of the pond from UK are starting out

But, I know what folks down under have been through and what folks on the other side of the pond should expect when the sun rises there ;)

This is not a local forum, it is truly an International platform! :D

LOL, Well, at least you guy's don't have to worry about the world ending this afternoon, it's already tomorrow down here :D

Ooooops, sorry mucksie, i guess I shouldn't've sat on it the other day then... *studies ceiling & hums innocently*

After six years, I'm kinda used to it ;)

Fair old difference between New York & LA as well.

Time difference?

Well my watch tells me that I am now on GMT, but the body is still ignoring it!

You can find me posting at all sorts of odd time of the day and night!:)

Yeah, I agree. Birds are singing, sun shining. White fluffy clouds cruising a lovely blue sky. Been waiting months of soggy damp cold & frost for this! And it only snowed once this winter! I mean, how rude is that! The snow is the only thing makes winter bearable! Now next time I'm a jet setter (ha!) I reckon I'll skip winter altogether. Spend summer here then head up to visit you lot for another summer there :D! Now that is the life!
