We can't receive mail from our server to windows mail

Dear sir,

We are using Windows vista business Edition.We have configured
(e-mail address removed) email to Windows Mail.The cofiguration settings were
correct and verified with the network provider.The same setting is
configured in Outlook Express 6 and in OE6 we can able to receive the Mails
Faster.In Windows Mail it Displayed that (Receiving 1 of 2 Messages) and
displayed as it is.It is not shown server time out error also.We are facing a
huge problem.We need your immediate support to solve this Issue.

Have you tried shutting down the AV on a machine? Maybe, the AV that's
scanning the incoming email is causing a problem if it's not Vista
compliant.

Also, have you called MS about the issue, since you have 180 days of support
form MS, when Visat is activated.

Thank you all,

My problem is Solved.I run CMD as administator and typed "netsh interface
tcp set global autotuning=disabled"

Now i can able to receive the mails
