WD raptor disks : feedback asked

been watching those disks for a while : 10000 rpm /150/5.,2 ms/sata....

does anyone use those disks ?
i could use some feedback ...especially on how much noise they make

I don't have any Raptors (yet), so someone else will have to post from
personal experience, but the following could be a good start if you

Hi;
I recently installed a WD Raptor 74Gb on my ASUS P4G8X MB.
It's fast silent and it stays cooler compaired to my other drives(Maxtor)

Personally, I've been thrilled. They do run hot though, so make sure to
space them out a little (don't put them directly on top of each other)
and make sure there is ventilation in the area.

Amazing performance, relatively quiet (compared to most of the other
PATA drives I have kicking around)
