WD Error Code 0x8024502d

Hello Support Friends,

Just to give you a quick rundown on why I installed WD. - I just recently
bought AVG Antivirus software, thought it would be a good idea to add on the
AVG spyware - then started to notice I was unable to visit sites that
required a log in - thought I would install WD and came up with this Error
Code - 0x8024502d

Does anyone have any advice or further support for me? Thank you very much
for the help!
