WD doesn't Notify me of Changes

Before I re-installed XP, WD used to notify and ask me to allow changes (e.g.
a program that starts when windows starts). After re-installation of XP, WD
didn't do this.

Programs installed: NIS 2006, Lavasoft.

In the 1st beta, I had the same problem, and I was told that a particular
file needed re-resgistering, and I was given Run Command.

Any suggestions?

Tools -> Microsoft SpyNet -> Join with an advanced membership
