Did Stingray say what spec this server of his was?

I thought he had a new username (his development server domain or something, i lose count, it changes every week) but the main thing is he's crunching for us...

11,000 :-O I have no chance of staying in 2nd!

I think he's cancelled using HexaSplat for some reason ;)

Don't worry Chris, VR is talking about his overall total being 111,000 - a slight typo error :D

Maybe that is linked in with Mucks apology post... hmm... i am rather curious to be honest, its obviously OK to talk about it otherwise that post wouldnt have been created...

Woohoo :D I hope we can break 50,000/day this week!

Is there anyone not using BOINC?

Thanks again for the stats Mucks :thumb:

Yeah me, Aint got round to it yet :(

Just remember that Boinc is only going to improve scores for higher rated CPU's due to the way it benchmarks - from what I can see, there is little, if any, benefit if your PC is below 2GHZ - you are better off sticking with the WCG UD Agent and boosting your benchmark by adding more RAM (1.25GB gives the max score) and specifying 10GB HDD use in your default preferences.

I think that it maybe an idea to try BOINC on that pc Nat. See what Ady says, as 'he da man' when it comes to that. :)

By the way, EVERYBODY READ THIS Including the last post. :D :D

:D Whhooooo!!!! in Technicolor now!:D

I've got BOINC on a 2.66 Celeron and it made a HUGE difference :D

I'm afraid i'm not using boinc, just have it on the one pc, running a 2.8 Celeron D :(
No worries here kingnathski, you do as much as you can and that will do very nicely thank you. Someone has to be the anchor man, and you are doing a fine job as you are.

Your doing the best you can with what youv'e got and we can't ask for any more that that ... your contributions help us all, without them we would not be where we are today.

I say well done ... and thank you. :thumb:

What would be the minimum spec for AMD's and this Bionicman thing?

I have an AMD athlon XP 2600?, and I've only got 512 ram!

AMD Duron 600 Win98 128mb ram ... though I would use Linux on that spec. ;)

Can I also install Boinc and improve on my score?
