If he's fit he should go to the finals IMO, I understand ManU don't want him to get injured - but it is expected that you field your best players internationally. Whether or not he is fit enough remains in doubt though 
Might actually be worse to have him playing with only a weeks training in the semis for example, where we could have crouch at 100% Might not be as good, but maybe better than an unfit Rooney.

Sorry but there are more important things than football like world hunger. And why the hell the news would rather discuss who should and who shouldnt play in a football match is beyond belief. We probably gonna lose anyway

I'm sorry if you think the post is wrong TriplexDread, it was not aimed at peeing anyone off, If i could help the situation in Africa & other countries i would. It's not wrong, everyone to their own. It's just all you hear about in the news is football, football, football and to a person who does not like football one single bit it's very annoying that so much time money and effort is put into covering such a trivial thing by the media. I wonder how much money out of the hundreds of millions is actually donated to AIDS research or Cancer research and other world poverty problems....None I bet, not a single penny!

I'm not a great footie fan either, but if you read some of the papers today you would think the Rooney is superman! I'm just chilling out listening to the Cricket & Crunching
If i'm not working the first thing i do each morning is turn the pc on to crunch, it's may just be my work units that help.
Now on the question of you needing a holiday, were are we going to send you, i suggest via ups, as parcel force may take some time & city-link will only loose you

i think Sir Alex should decide because he is the manager of Man Utd football club with whom he is employed!
But with regards to his fitness it COULD ALL BE A CON! A BIG scandal my theory is that he is not that badly injured and that he will be playing the opening game of the world cup for England!
