Not internally within Access.
But if you have your own graphic you can paste it into MSPaint and add
text onto it.
Save it as a .bmp file and use it as command button picture.

Yes, if you make the button larger then the graphic, then you can simply
place the text label right on top of the button.
Take a look at the 3rd screen shot of access at the following web page...you
will see where I exactly that .....
