OK, I know this is going to sound lame, but I have no idea what I am
trying to do other than I am living a couple of hours from home and I
want to be able to access my home computer from my laptop. I am
running WinXP Pro on both machines. They are both on the net via cable
modem. I have tried to perform the tasks on various help and forum
sites (including MS's) and I can not even "see" my home system on the
net (yes it is turned on and even logged into, remote has been
enabled, I am the administrator on both systems). What in the heck do
I need to do??

Thanks ahead of time for any and all assistance.
