way of execution of multiple search string in DataView.RowFilter

I want to know that if i use multiple search string like "city = "Kolkata" and
(pin<123434 and pin> 23245)" in DataView.RowFilter,the way of execution is from left to right or opposite?It is require for query optimization.help me
