Way of changing to small/capital letters?

Gentlemen,

Is there a way/program to change all your music tags, so the song names are
arranged with capital (first) and small letters? (format: Xyyyy Zxxxx)

Your post to another newsgroup has been answered on the general issue.

For changing music tags in situ, you would have to look for a general
MP3 retagging utility.
