No hit on Google, or MSDN. If you have such a file on your hard disk, does
the properties say anything about it, for instance who made it?

properties show it as an application file...it's under
C:\WINNT\system32\os2 this is the only info I can get

Umm, OS2, looks suspicious...
Does it keep it's own process in Task Manager? Can you kill it? What makes
it start? Any reference to it in your registry?
