waves in folders and subfolders to mp3?

I have a bunch of wav files in folders and subfolders, is there any program
that will convert the whole directory structure into MP3's?

The files themselves can be converted. Type "convert WAV to MP3" into

The best I've found is "dBpowerAMP Music Converter"
Even accesses and converts wave to MP3 or visa versa just by highlighting &
right-clicking on the files.
(I just did 6x 5MB wave files to MP3 in 40 secs.)

I found the proper program and its free. CDEX can be used to batch convert
many files in various folders
