.WAV Split

I made a .wav mix file using EZ-DJ Plus. 19min long,159mb.
I made it too big to fit on my MP3 player. Is there a way
or program that can split a .wav file in two, making this
file into two parts? Kind of like fading the first part
out at the end and then fade part two back in? Or just
completely separate the two? Thanks.
