Wav --> Mp3 Converter

Looking for a Wav to MP3 Converter. Also while on the subject anyone know of
any freeware that can change encoder quality of an MP3 file.

You can change the bit rate. Re-encoding to a lower one loses quality,
re-encoding to a higher one does nothing, might make it a bit worse.

encode and decode MP3 files

The zip file is 182Kb large

Drag and drop your WAV files on top the
program window and the program convert them to MP3 files

Right click on the program window to access the settings menu
