Hi- How can I search what wav files I have on the pc so that I can delete
many in order to free up space.(I dont really NEED to free up space but
dont want to take up space with unecesary WAV files)
See...lately I have been downloading sounds and stuff (not songs) for
playback. Most of them are about 18 seconds long. I only want to clear up
wav stuff I downloaded.
Is it possible to type something in the search in WExplorer or int the "run'
section to do this. thanks

Start>Search>Files and Folders>type *.wav and press Search.
You'll get a listing of every WAV file on your harddrive. You can then
rightclick to delete ones you do not want. Be careful you do not delete
any files relating to system sounds.
