Audacity may be more program then you need
but it'll do just that and alot more.

thanks but had to download 4 files just to accomplish my little task
guess I have 2 choices;
1. write a small batch file or 2. create a playlist from WMP

the number of files is just 44 and the sound is produced in another language
(old but still trying to learn to speak and read another language)
