watching VHS on pc

I want to connect my video to my pc how do i do this? i
have an ATi 9200 graphics card.
 
You need either a video card with video input capability or a separate
card, box, whatever (there are various options), with video input
capability. AFAIK, the ATi 9200 graphics card does _not_ have this
capability.

The 9200 All-in-Wonder version of the card does have video in capabilities.


If you have the AIW version there should be a purple breakout box with the
video inputs on it.
