I suggest staying away from McAfee!!!!!!!
I had said:
I ordered your VirusScan PLUS CD
a while ago, and have never received it.
Where is it?

I don't understand. On the one hand you say 'I have reviewed your
account and verified that McAfee has shipped your McAfee VirusScan
Plus CD to the billing address you provided when you placed your
order. McAfee has shipped it soon after you made your purchase', but
then you say ' I would like to inform you that delivery for McAfee
VirusScan Plus CD typically takes 5 to 8 weeks. However, due to
demand, it may take longer to arrive than this estimated time frame'.
Those two statements contradict each other at least to me. If in fact
the item was shipped a month ago, then how could 'demand'
delay delivery? What am I missing?
