Hi,

My notebook has norton internet security 2003 installed. Sometimes
when I browsed internet, it warned me C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SysView.exe
attempted to access internet.

I checked from McAfee & F-Secure web sites which described 2 trojans
named Downloader.BW & WebMoney trojan respectively.

However, of the symtoms described, only

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

with the values: "SystemView" = "%winsysdir%\sysview.exe"

matched virus description. Also, my AVG free edition reported no virus
infection when it scanned the HD.

Was my notebook infected with trojan horse program ?

I would personally suggest obtaining the results from another Anti-virus
program. I feel there are many viruses AVG does not handle very
effectively. If you insist on not paying for your virus protection (you
really should) try and run as many different ones as you can (not at the
same time) so get a broader opinion.
