careful when ordering from newegg.com. webcam melted on installation and they refused to replace it. it's not worth the savings of a few dollars to get garbage.

Not a believable story...

I've *never* had a problem returning items to Newegg...

One time I was dissatisfied with the product...
the other time I just plain made a mistake in ordering...
In both cases an RMA was promptly issued...no questions asked!

Returned two item to newegg two weeks ago.They managed to lose the two
sticks of ram in the package. Thier remedy? A $50 credit and advice to make
a claim to UPS. Had to replace the ram at my own expense

You should have done a UPS tracer...
if they got the item...it was their fault.

If UPS lost the item...you should have made a claim as instructed.
