To get rid of spywarestrike, uninstall itn and remove the file
c:\windows\system32\netwrap.dll, atleast that worked for me...

Hi Randy

As Suzi wrote:
"Unfortunately, I don't think the FTC can take any action against the
people behind SpyAxe and similar rogues that are hosted in places like
the Ukraine and have domains registered through rogue registrars like
Estdomains."

All countrys must do something against this maffia within Russia and
Ukraine with US connections.

Or a real information campaign about this threat.

The major problem is the gap between for exampe MSAS and
a antivirus shield.

The carrier trojan must be removed in some way.

But one way is to include all of these frauds as "unwanted software"
and if MSAS don´t anage to remove the trojan the user will aks for
help.

But thats maybe too much for MS helpdesks............ ;)

Just to add - i have been infected twice in 1 week, just now and on New Years
Day - and my colleagues too!

There seems to be no way of removing it from my end as it also downloads
tons of other stuff and crashes explorer constantly.
