when booking an appointment in outlook it is easy to forward to find a
suitable place and then pack to present. It is easy to get weeks confused
and book meetings for example for last wednesday instead of last wednesday.
Outlook should check that you know the meeting is in the past by opening a
pop up saying "this appointment is in the past - are you sure this is ok" or
something simelar.
