What can I do to prevent the subject warning when I use a
form? I have to start over every time after this
happens. Thanks for any help.

It may be a time delay from the server to protect you.

Or can this help?

Back Navigation on POST Causes Re-POST in Internet Explorer 6
When you return back to the results page, you may receive the following
warning message:
res://mshtml.dll/repost.htm - message (Warning, page has expired, you must
refresh...).
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=319792

What maintenance do you have applied?
(Press Alt-H,A and look at Update Versions:

If you want to capture that string enter:
javascript:navigator.appMinorVersion
)

More specifically verify what version of urlmon.dll you have.

If you are seeing this problem by using Back, instead try launching
new links in their own window (right-click your links to get their menu)
Then instead of having to go back to the original page you can just
close the second window (e.g. by pressing Alt-F4).
