What does "Problems with this web page might prevent it from being displayed
properly or functioning properly. In the future, you can display this
message by double-clicking the warning icon displayed in the status
bar(details: line # 380, char # 1, Error syntax error: acess is denied,
code 0, URL

I get this warning message occassionally with different lines and char- just
want to kno how to fix the problem it indicates

The problem is with the code of the web page.
