warning keeps coming up for multibot pro trying to install

I keep getting a warning about a multibot pro security
disabler trying to install. I zap it with the antispy,
and it says that it's deleted, but 30 seconds later it's
back. what do I do?
 
Try restarting your system in safe mode, and doing two full scans with
Microsoft Antispyware--until a scan comes through completely clean.

This may do the job, or it may take more--let us know how it works in normal
mode after those scans and cleaning.
 
Save yourself some time - download Spybot S&D. Why go
through all these extra steps (safe mode, do it twice,
cross your fingers, etc.)?

Mr. Clinton, feedback is very important, so it essential with don't
recommend another solution because its beta. To be a bit more specific on
the Safe Mode scan, on the Scan Page, select Scan Options > Full System
Scan.
